Changing port is easy, BUT NOT RECOMMENDED
If you have SKYPE just configure it not to use port 80 and 443
Skype -> tools -> Options -> Advanced -> Connection
UnTick the checkbox next to “Use port 80 and 443as alternatives for incoming connections”
Kill Skype
restart Skype
Now using wamp, restart all services

1. Download the Visual C ++ Redistributable Package for VS 2012
Scroll down and click the download button
If you have a 64-bit system, select
vcredist_x86.exe and vcredist_x64.exe
If you have a 32-bit system, select
vcredist_x86.exe
Click Next.
2. Install Visual C ++ Redistributable Package for VS 2012
When the download is complete, you will have two files (64-bit system) vcredist_x86.exe and vcredist_x64.exe or only one file (32-bit system) vcredist_x86.exe.
By clicking on the Exe file, you will see a screen to install the package or you will be given the option to repair or uninstall the package.
If the installation screen is displayed
Click the “I agree” button
Click Install
If you see a repair / uninstall screen
Click Repair
